PROJECT MANAGER
Fiske Electric offers a unique opportunity for an Electrical Project Manager to additionally engage in agricultural and general construction projects. The Project Manager is responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from bidding through completion. You will be expected to coordinate people and processes to ensure that projects are delivered on time and align with both customer and company expectations. You’ll be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline.

RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

Manage the profitability of multiple, concurrent projects

Ensure accurate job costing

Track and manage labor and material budgets

Ensure timely and accurate billing

Understand and evaluate employee skill sets to efficiently dispatch crews according to timelines

Receive material quotes and stage in advance
-
Exceptional communication skills for customers and crews
-
Ability to build schedules and Gantt charts
-
Comfortable with computers: expected to use constructions management software

Enforce safety standards on every job
REQUIREMENTS
-
Electrical Journeyman license in the state of Colorado

Experience running projects in the field as a Foreman
-
Minimum of 1 year project management experience
